UNIQUE HOME FEEDBACK  through Centralized showing Service

I am a member of Centralized showing service, but how does that benefit you, as a seller?
CSS has simplified the home showing process.

1. All agents call one number to set up the showing appointment
2. CSS contacts you, the seller, to schedule a showing.
3. The showing agent receives a phone call for confirmation and a follow-up email from CSS.
4.  Automated showing instructions alert the listing agent and/or sellers when a showing has occurred on their listing,
5. Interactive mapping features allow agents to know exactly how to get where they need to go.
6. Showing agents are automatically emailed a feedback form. After filling this form out, they email it to the listing agent who sends on to the seller.
7.  Extended hours means more showings (8am-8pm Monday thru Saturday, 8am-6pm Sunday)
8.  CSS representatives are dedicated to each caller and won't put then on hold to answer other calls.

Sellers stay better informed

1.  Detailed showing reports will be provided to sellers
2.  Seller can access CSS's website to view their showing history
3.  Agents can enter feedback into a seller report to let sellers know what they need to improve
4.  Seller can contact CSS directly to update instructions or reschedule appointments  (even after hours)
5.  Sellers receive better feeback through CSS's free website email feedback system.

Using CSS has simplified the appointment setting process. Calls aren't forgotten, and appointments won't fail to be made. In the past, the current "floor agent" scheduled showings. Sometimes pending showings could be  forgotten or not passed on to the next agent.
All of my sellers prefer the Centralized Showing Service.
